Returns & Refunds

Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours; refunds will be made via the original payment method. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

 

Returns

Send an email to info@mykom.ae within 7 days of receiving your order. A Mykom.ae customer care representative will follow up with you as necessary and we will arrange a free pick-up of the returned item by courier.

We will email as soon as your item(s) have been received and your return is in process.

All credit card refunds will be credited back to the original card used for the transaction. Please note that shipping charges and any taxes and customs duties incurred will not be refunded.

Cash On Delivery (COD) refunds in the UAE will be provided within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s) in good condition.

Returned items must be received within 7 days of customer return claim, any returns received after the 7 days will not be processed and the goods will be returned to the customer by courier.

 

Exchanges

All items may be exchanged by requesting our customer care within 7 days of receiving your order.

Send an email to info@mykom.ae requesting an exchange. We will arrange a free collection as well as delivery of your new item. Please provide all new product information as part of the email.

Please note that we will only exchange goods to the same value or higher, we cannot exchange products for a lower value.
